Diversity and employment
Lundin Energy fosters an inclusive work environment and ensures equal opportunities for all
Consistent with our Code of Conduct, we value diversity and recognise its benefits in accessing a broad pool of quality employees, encouraging employee retention and building high performing teams. We offer competitive remuneration and benefit packages and prioritise employee development through on the job training, courses and further educational activities.
We promote equal opportunities and no job applicant or employee shall receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of age, culture, ability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, pregnancy and maternity, family status, or any other ground not relevant to good employment practice.
Lundin Energy aims to ensure the highest standards of integrity and ethical behaviour in the workplace. Our Corporate Whistleblowing Policy aims to ensure legitimate concerns regarding serious misconduct in the workplace are raised without reprisals or victimisation. We have a robust procedure in place for whistleblowing, which states that personnel are strongly encouraged to report any suspected improper conduct to their direct supervisor. If the direct supervisor is involved in the suspected action leading to the whistleblowing, the person should instead approach the next level supervisor. The reporting may additionally be done on an anonymous basis, with personnel sending an email to a dedicated email address communicated to everyone working for or on behalf of Lundin Energy. Personnel are advised to refer to the Company’s Whistleblowing Procedure, which provides a comprehensive overview of the entire escalation process.
All our employees enjoy freedom of association. Lundin Energy Norway is a member of the Association of Norwegian Enterprises (NHO) and its subsidiary the Norwegian Oil and Gas Association (NOROG).
