Lundin Energy AB (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has priced its senior notes offering (the “Offering”) of USD 1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.0 percent senior notes, due 2026 (the “2026 Notes”) at a price equal to 99.827 percent of the aggregate principal amount thereof and USD 1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.1 percent senior notes, due 2031 at a price equal to 99.81 percent of the aggregate principal amount thereof, (the 2031 Notes and together with the 2026 Notes, the “Notes”). In connection with the Offering, the initial purchasers may engage in stabilising transactions with a view to supporting the market price of the Notes at a level higher than that which might otherwise prevail.
