Human rights
Human rights are respected and protected throughout Lundin Energy’s activities
We are fully committed to meet our responsibilities towards employees, hired contractors and other stakeholders who might be impacted by our activities across the value chain.
We respect human rights as per our Corporate Human Rights Policy and Guidelines, and abide by and endorse the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Global Compact and the Norwegian Working Environment Act.
All our employees undergo a Sustainability induction, with the purpose of familiarising themselves with their rights and responsibilities. The induction covers the Code of Conduct and key governing policies. Everyone working for Lundin Energy, from floor to board, must complete a compulsory e-learning course largely devoted to human rights issues.
